Vajrasattva Retreat

Letting Go of Negativity

Weekend retreat with Gen Kelsang Chö

We spend all our time and energy trying to avoid problems by making changes to our external world. However, our unhappiness and difficulties are not caused by the external world but are the result of the negative karma we have created in the past through our own harmful actions.

By relying upon Vajrasattva, the Buddha of Purification, and practising a special meditation, we can free ourselves from negative karma. As a result all our experiences will be positive, we will have a peaceful, pure mind and will easily remove obstacles to our spiritual development.

This retreat is suitable for everyone.

Please note that each retreater will help with a merit job in order to ensure the smooth running of the retreat. Thank you.

  • Date: Thurs 12 – Sun 15 March 2020
  • Venue: Kailash International Retreat Centre
  • Translation: The retreat will be guided in English but where possible we will organise translation. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

In the past we have engaged in many negative actions and, as a result, we now experience suffering and problems every day. But we have the opportunity to purify this negativity and thus transform our mind...The meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva is a powerful practice of purification and a quick method to attain future happiness and spiritual realizations."
