Meditation is a century-old tradition and offers many techniques that can help us to solve problems we encounter in our modern, busy life.
In this series of classes, we learn how to experience more serenity and contentment through training in meditation and developing special ways of thinking. This improved mindfulness enables us to give meaning to our daily experiences and gain insights.
This course is based on the book ‘How to Transform Our Life’ by the Buddhist monk and meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. This inspirational and practical text for daily life can be downloaded as a free eBook.
Every evening is self-contained. The classes and meditations can be attended either individually or as a full course.
