Through meditation, we can calm our mind, release stress and worry and recharge our batteries. The meditations of Modern Buddhism are simple methods that can help everyone to find inner peace and live in true harmony with our self and others.
We all have the potential for happiness in us. Through simple, practical meditations, we can become acquainted with ways of thinking that positively affect our lives. As soon as we begin to change our mind, any situation in our lives can help us become the person we want to be. The evenings are self-contained and can be visited individually.
There is always the possibility to ask questions. No previous knowledge is required.
