Staying calm when things go wrong

Faced with the difficult situations in life, at home or at work, we need a tool that helps us to deal with these difficulties. What can give us the strength so that we can turn these difficult situations into an opportunity of growth? Buddha taught the Lojong – teachings – teachings of how to train our mind – in which we can find methods to remain calm when difficulties arise. By practicing these teachings, we build up an inner strength that helps us to stay happy all the time regardless our outer situation. This retreat offers us the time to listen to the teachings, contemplate and meditate in the beautiful surroundings of the Kailash International Retreat Center in Törbel, Wallis.
