KMC Geneva Centre Visit

Love without suffering

With guest teacher Gen Kelsang Jikgyob from KMC Geneva
the retreat will be guided in French

Our relationships with our loved ones, family, friends, and partners are important to us but not always easy. Why does it seem that loving is sometimes so complicated?

During this retreat, we will contemplate and meditate on teachings that help distinguish between pure love, which brings happiness, and attachment, the source of expectations, worry, and many problems.

We will also explore how to cultivate wisdom that allows us to differentiate between the fear of causing harm and the fear of conflicts, helping us move beyond guilt.

Everyone is welcome!

Please note that each retreater will help with a merit job in order to ensure the smooth running of the retreat. Thank you.
