learn to let your mind become clear and calm

Weekend retreat with Kelsang Jampel

Our stress and negative emotions seem to permeate our lives, often without pause or choice. When the flood of our distracting thoughts subsides and our mind comes to rest, happiness and contentment arise naturally from within.

With the help of the proven Mahamudra meditations you learn to let your mind become clear and calm, to develop concentration and find focus in your life. This retreat is suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Silence
During the retreat there is silence on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. The library and Meditation Room are silent rooms for the whole time.

Please note that each retreater will help with a merit job in order to ensure the smooth running of the retreat. Thank you.

“Meditation is a scientific method to transform human nature from bad to good. Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart. This is the real method to solve our own inner problems – problems of ignorance, depression, anger and so forth – and is also the real method to benefit others practically.”
— Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
