Meditate in the Mountains

Find Deep Relaxation & Happiness within…

Silent Weekend Retreat with Principal Teacher, Gen Kelsang Devi

Escape the busyness of daily life and experience a short meditation retreat where everyone observes the practice of silence for a day in order to enhance a deep level of relaxation. Learn meditation techniques that will relax, refresh and re-energise you, as well as equip you to deal more effectively with the everyday stresses and challenges of modern day living.

Learn how to let go of worries and mental discomfort and connect to your true potential – experiencing peace of mind, deep relaxation and real happiness. Discover the value of meditation and how to find the lasting happiness and freedom we all long for, and how this can be practically sustained in daily life.

During retreat it is always quiet and our meditation sessions are as silent as possible beyond the usual chanted prayers and guidance. Outside of sessions people have the freedom to choose to be silent if they wish or to talk quietly and meaningfully with each other if they prefer.
