ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE – Touch Your Heart with Authentic Love

Learning to love in an authentic way. This weekend retreat will reveal six meditations guaranteed to touch our hearts and overcome jealousy, anger and attachment…opening our hearts and minds to the joys of genuine love and caring, for ourselves and others.

This retreat is suitable and meaningful for everyone. The meditations are explained and guided by Gen Khandro with enough time for silent contemplation and meditation.

In the breaks you can enjoy the peace of the mountains, the cozy amenities of Kailash IRC and the company of old and new spiritual friends.

Silence during the retreat

On Saturday, Sunday and Monday we observe silence until lunchtime. Being in silence allows the mind to settle and find peace. In this way you will be able to concentrate better during meditation and to leave all the stress and busyness that we are normally immersed in behind. In the afternoon and evening retreaters are encouraged to discuss their experience of the meditation and teachings, so they can help each other to overcome obstacles and gain deeper experience.

Language and Translation

This course will be held in German and translated into English, however we try to help to organize more translations if needed.

Volunteering

Kailash IRC is a charity and the Retreat Centre is run by a few volunteers. It is also fun to connect with fellow retreaters while helping out with small tasks. For this reason every participant helps with some jobs (e.g. chopping vegetables, washing dishes, tidying up etc). and the final cleaning at the end of the course.
