Meditation room
Kailash IRC has meditation mats and cushions, as well as chairs which you can use for your meditation. However, if you need several cushions, please bring your own as we do not guarantee more than one cushion per seat.

In the session breaks
During the breaks, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery that surrounds the Centre. There are many walks, short or long, and you can also relax on our sun terrace enjoying the spectacular views. Also at break times each participant helps with small jobs to ensure the smooth running of the retreat.

Meals and use of the kitchen

Breakfast + 2 healthy, organic and homemade meals will be served each day. All meals are either vegetarian or vegan. Please indicate in advance if you require a vegan diet. We are sorry but we are unable to provide any other special diets at the moment.

It is not possible for individuals to use the kitchen for private cooking or storing food. Sorry for any inconvenience.
